The case of capital gain, balance sheet falsification!
The black barren year for the Juventus team, not only with the results on the field but now also under investigation! The dominance of the “invincible” Juventus continues, but this time with the news about the investigation by the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Turin for capital gains, which sees in the investigation the senior leaders of this team, starting with the president Agnelli.
After the case of “calciopoli” in 2006, where Juventus was thrown into Serie “B” making a big fuss in the whole sports public opinion, here again the team of Angeli, with black and white jerseys (but mostly black) is mentioned from such cases which apparently are in the Juventine DNA).
This year, in addition to the collapse of the team on the field of play, this time Anjeli and the leaders of Juventus are accused of capital gain and balance sheet falsification. However, the investigations are continuing and if such a thing is confirmed, what the team is at risk of could be several: fines, punishments, even exclusions. The range of sports justice sanctions is very wide.
Based on the “Prisma” investigation that puts Juventus under investigation, its president Anjeli and four other leaders, referring to article 2622 of the Civil Code, are accused of: “false corporate communication of listed companies”, as well as Article 8 of Legislative Decree 74/2000 “Issuance of invoices and documents for false transactions”. At the forefront, the law points the finger at executives who “in corporate communications to shareholders or the public knowingly disclose material facts that do not correspond to the truth or omit relevant material facts.” The sentence ranges from three to eight years in prison!!!
The abuse of imaginary capital gains in Italian football does not only concern Juventus: it has been quite a common case in recent years and in other clubs that are now “trembling”. But of course the figures disputed by the Juventus club are huge: 282 million in three years. Shameful relegation for Juventus. There are dates, figures to be circled because they are mythical and others to be crossed out because they are too black. Against Atalanta, Juventus suffered its third home defeat today.
Another defeat that eliminates the hopes of returning to the fight for the title in the championship, removes Juventus from the Champions League and ends a nightmare week after four strong slaps “flame in the face” received by Chelsea. The old sarcastic Murphy’s Law, most often remembered by losers, does not spare even the most powerful club (from wealth) in Italy: “If something can go wrong, it will.” But this time too, bad luck has nothing to do with the nature of Juventus.
It is not the first time under accusation!!!
